At Zaoqeen, we offer easy exchanges. Please note that Zaoqeen is not offering return but you can exchange articles according to following terms and conditions:

• Customer is required to initiate an exchange request using Contact Us Form within 07 days of receiving product.
• Our Customer Service Representative will contact you as soon as your request is received.
• Products will only be exchanged if some other product has been delivered instead of ordered product or the product is delivered in faulty/damaged condition.
• Product should be unused and not damaged in order to be exchanged.
• Our team will verify that product was delivered in unsatisfactory condition and has been sent for exchange without use by customer.

Please Note: In case of exchange, customer may have to bear the courier charges. However, we will try to make exchange without courier charges.
